This is the first bootcamp for me! It’s about time :)
I’m starting to realize more and more what is important to me and what I should make time for:
-Being kinder to myself
-Nurturing my relationships with others, especially friends I haven’t talked to in a while
-Organizing and grounding myself. Simplifying things.
-Taking care of my body. Don’t stress about how it’s not perfect or how nothing fits. Focus on how good movement feels and how real food tastes. The rest will fall into place
-Doing my best to knock out the CPA exam I have on the 17th.
-Nurturing my creative side. I think this month is a great time to start my blog. I’ve been wanting to write about my journey out of depression for a long time. This would be a great way to connect with other people who need help and support.
-Gratitude. I’m pretty good about this…but there are always more blessings I could count.
