It’s been over a week, actually! The whole family feels great. Lotsof meals at home – NO fast food – and minimal snacking/desserts. Plus, lots and lots of water. :)

How I did it
How I did it: I've been a nail-biter since, well, forever. I was able to quit several years back when I was waitressing. I was so embarassed by the way my hands looked that it was almost easy to do. Well, somehow I picked the habit up again. It was always on my mind though; my hands looked awful so I was always hiding them. Over the summer I was busy and trying new things, so I suppose I just "forgot" to bite them! Although I've had a couple of setback… Read how I did it…
Recent entries
I’ve been cooking more than usual, and the kids actually appreciate it! I let them dig through the recipe box and pick out things they’re willing to try. We’ve gone 2 weeks w/o any fast food… And we don’t miss it! Everyone in the house feels better, more energetic. :)
