I've stayed away from fast food for a week now! 8 months ago

I’ve been packing a lunch daily and cooking dinner nightly. I’ve also been getting to the gym far more regularly, and when I do that, I don’t want to offset any benefits by eating a greasy burger. So, I’ve been doing great!

Today my daughter and I did got to Subway, but I don’t consider that fast food. I had minestrone soup instead of chips, and it was actually pretty good!

Side bonus… I’ve saved a lot of money this week. :)

I did it! 15 months ago

It’s been months and my nails look GREAT! Finally, I’m not embarassed to show my hands. Bonus: I can scratch my guy’s back, which really I’ve never been able to do before. :)

... I’ve been on track! My daughter usually joins me, so she’s reaping the benefits as well.
