that my first tattoo was an amazing one, a religious experience if you will. It takes up the left sid of my body, reading from my arm pit to my hip. It says “amplio amor minuo odium” which roughly means to amplify love Minimize Hate. I just haven’t really found anything much that would be worth putting on my body. I am thinking maybe “True Beauty” on the inside of my lip, and yes I know that those fade in a couple of years, but I like the idea of a tattoo on the lip and true beauty being able to lie within my body, and no one would be able to see it. Which comes to the other problem. My father said that if I got another tattoo he might stop paying for college because he is “paying for my to increase my career opportunities, and tattoos only obstruct them.” So we shall see what happens.

I recently began college at one of the most prestigious liberal arts colleges in the United States and realized just how little of the “classic” literature the California Public School System had me read in addition to the small amount that I had read on my own. So today I found the Dr. P’s list of 1001 books that everyone should read before they die. I am 2% done with the list with everything that I have read previously. I hope to start of Sylvia Plath’s The Bell Jar soon. I’ll let you know what I think.
