I have somewhat started on this goal. I started the couch potato to 5k program [just google it, you will find the program breakout at the bottom of the website] and it works to the point where at least now I know I CAN run, like I am physically capable of doing it. My problem is just needing the motivation to continue going to the gmy at least 3 times per week…
