AHHH!

I’ve always known i wasnt as thin as everyone else and often felt like i am obese, but i didnt think i actually was! my BMI is overweight and i am over 170 pounds! Other people on this site have aims for 100 pounds but what is a sensible goal? because i highly doubt ill ever get down to 7 stone! i have never been skinny, even as a kid, ive always been rather large, i dont eat large quantities of food and i conduct with regular exercise for at least 5 hours a week, so why am i fat? Something that really annoys me is i have a friend who eats like a pig and is really lazy yet she is like 8 stone! and she is amazingly gorgeous! and then theres me barely eating 2 meals a day, being a fat ugly bint!
any ideas why?
