I think a good goal is to cook at least one thing per a week. I will start having cooking times with a friend of mine. And I will start trying out recipes at home. By this summer, I should know some basic dishes, and by next Christmas, I should feel pretty good about cooking.

I need to accept that I am a fuller woman. That even in my fittest state, I will still be a fuller woman, and I am beautiful!!! Just love your body and when it comes to men, find one who loves it too. =)

It just seems so hard to get moving. Maybe if I do it little by little, it will become natural. And I might even enter some runs this year.
