Okay, so I obviously fell off the wagon with this one a while ago. Today I restarted it with 20 minutes of Drivetime Spanish lessons. I really hope I make it this time!

How I did it: I started by paying attention to how much coffee I was drinking. Then I started using a smaller mug. Next, I limited myself to 3 cups a day, then 2. When I got to 2 cups a day, I bought half-caf coffee (half the caffeine). Gradually I reduced that down to one cup of half-caf and then I switched to tea. How I did it: I bought a bunch of plant pots, gardening tools, seeds, seedlings, dirt, plant food, plus a patio lantern, hanging basket, citronella candle, stakes/trellis and whimsical glass dragon fly. This morning I finished this goal by doing 5 sets of 100, to add 500 to my previous total of 900, for a grand total of 1400! Glad it’s over.
Well, to my previous total of 5000, I added 2000 (cumulative) on Friday and Saturday to reach my goal. I’m pretty sore and don’t want to do any abs for a few days, but I’m glad I did it!
Here’s the breakdown:
Fri, Feb 3: 8×100=800
Sat, Feb 4: 12×100=1200
Total: 2000
