If you have deppresion take St Jon’s Wort or 5-HTP
Read Patrick Holford’s books,
Throw away magazines, don’t idolize.
learn yoga and meditation,
Learn to cook and eat 3 satisfying medium sized meals a day.
Drink green tea as it speeds up your metabolism,
Throw away the scales,
learn to relax, deep breath, chew 20 times and take ur time when eating,
Focus on improving your mind, knowledge and soul rather then body,
read the ‘The secret’ and watch the film.
And relax, be kind to yourself … : )
