How I did it
How I did it: I accepted that this would be incredibly hard and stopped getting mad at myself for little slips here and there. I focused on taking baby steps, asking, "what can i do this day, this moment, to beat anorexia?" I let myself lean on people for the first time, accepting that this was a battle I needed support for. And finally, i never, ever, ever gave up--even when the road was dark and seemed to go on forever. Read how I did it…
