I’ve freecycled quite a bit, I’m selling a few things, I’ve joined bookmooch for getting rid of the craft books that I just never have or will use, and I’ve thrown out several van-fulls of trash (not a mini-van either, a dodge ram 3500!!!)
It feels great to have less clutter around :)

I’ve been using soy cheeses occasionally, and trying not to eat as much yogurt and cottage cheese. I’m down to 129 :) I’ve been eating more salads with dark leafy greens, beans, whole grains, and fruits and veggies.
Been using ediets for menu ideas and exercise routines. Not bad, now I just need to keep sticking with it.
