I know some people find it strange to not make your bed in the morning but its deffinately a bad habbit.
I have made my bed the last four mornings~ thats a start. They do say 21 days breaks a habbit. 17more to go!

Now we need to start looking at getting a support crew, training and personally-make sure my knee is ok….
