I’m giving it a shot this week… I should be able to master it I want to run 21k this month. Been running 7km the past few weeks but i gotta train harder!!

How I did it: Well I simply decided to not be home for the hollidays, and as much as I missed them I didn't regret it. I was in Hamburg, Germany and I went to the habor area to see the fireworks, the spirit, the happiness, the drunk people (haha), the firecrackers, but most importantly a whole different culture unleashing in front of my eyes in one night.. How I did it: It takes effort, I basically wrote as much as I could, and in the beginning it was sort of hard but as time passed I realized I did it naturally, I felt the need to keep in touch and call, and I was corresponded.Just take the time to write a few lines or make a short phonecall to let them know how you are and ask about them, sometimes a little effort from you means a great deal to the other person, so why not do so? How I did it: You should of course train for more than 2 weeks (unlike me).. But I usually do it, I just decide I will run a certain race and I do it, I guess because I'm young my body doesnt mind but it is not healthy to do so.Try to run for 30 minutes and least 3 times a week, or everyday if possible. Every passing second I’m inside the car trying to avoid idiots driving, guys in motorcycles, people crossing the streets, reckless bus drivers, dogs unexpectedly appearing… and of course before a test, presentation, etc… It’s a horrible feeling that won’t even let you experience the true exciting experiences of life!.. Better stop feeling stressed and start living!
Once you have become desperate you simply jump off to the first thing that’s in front of you. It’s time to learn and give ourselves the value that we have and if that means rejecting a thousand things ‘til we get what we aim for.. THEN SO BE IT!
