How I did it: I used to be a addicted to drama/wank comms. I realized I was spending too much of my time on the internet feeling annoyed and arguing with people I hardly knew. So, I decided I would try to stay away for at least a whole month. And now that`s it gone by, I hardly noticed it at all.
