I have lost weight not only in my stomach but all over..went from 153.6 pounds to 137.7 pounds, I still have 7.5 pounds to go but I have lost inches galore..best thing I did was join a gym and had two half hour sessions with a trainer..they will ask you what you want to achieve and then show you the best way to go about it..I watch what I eat..no salt, no sugar..drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruits..I limit carbs, but do eat complex carbs..what you have to remember is that it is a lifestyle change..for life..You can do it!!
