i recently drew myself on my inspiration board. just my backside including buttocks and leg area. my head is looking over my shoulder and my arms are as if grabbing hold onto something. the buttocks and leg area are simple to draw. it was the head looking over the shoulder, which was a bit of a hassle. the placing of wrinkles of skin somehow, at first, did not portray the head looking over shoulder very well. the angle too was off, to begin with. and my right arm was placed wrongly, which distorted the positioning of the backside of my body. after much erasing and do-overs, i finally got it right… man, i need a lot of practice on drawing nudity.

How I did it: It wasn't easy to begin creating an inspiration board. What I did first was get a board and cut out meaningful phrases and pictures. That part was easy. It was the assembling and pasting of cut-outs that made the whole process of making an inspiration board slow. I felt stuck and lost. So what I did to make myself get out of that rut, I just started to randomly draw on my board. I drew myself on it and wrote topics i actually like such as… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Firstly, I went and bought a piggy bank. In my case, it's a teddy head bank. You can refer to one of my entries about this goal for a photo on how my teddy head bank looks like.Secondly, I placed in 2 dollars into my teddy head bank. I began placing 2 dollars instead of a dollar just to make me feel motivated about the whole goal.Thirdly, I kept slotting in 2 dollars from that day onward. I rationalized that a dollar a day is too little t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: i think i have been eating much healthier now considering with all the tons of veges i buy every time i go grocery shopping. to top it all off, i cook every single day. i cook about twice, or thrice a day because i try not to spend so much on outside food. i control on how much oil and spices i use in my meals. also, most of my dishes are now vegetarian but that does not mean i do not eat meat anymore. i just cut back on the meat be… Read how I did it…
