How I did it: What really helped me was taking a regular yoga class. I actually originally picked it because I had to take a phys ed class (for college). Yoga really helps because it helps you relax, which is a major help, and it helps you with self-awareness, etc. Everyone will take something different from yoga. And anyone and everyone can do yoga.
