I received a small agenda and decided to write everything on it and take it with me EVERYWHERE and to keep reminding myself to write in it and keep rereading, so far it works and give good results.

How I did it: actually i stopped fooling around on the net!! First i identified what makes me fool around, it was MSN messenger, i used to spend hours and hours chatting without getting anything done, so i did not sign in for several months to force myself to go and find something useful, so it works and i became a hard worker, ( sure i spend long times in thinking before getting this step to real action) Read how I did it…
every time i register in a gym i dont go or i delay my registration. I want to force myself to register in a gym, !!! because i got fat and i have the need to exercise.
