on tomb stones, there is a dash between the day one is born and the day one dies. the day you were put in the system and the day the govt doesn’t care about you any more don’t matter. the most important engraving on the tombstone is the dash, what you did in between the dates.

back again. well i really want to get into zoology, marine biology, or chemistry. but all i can acess right now are the class from my school, and being that i live in colorado, Downtown Aquarium.
but also i live with my parents and their reasoning is, ” if you don’t have a job to support a car, then you can’t afford to volunteer at the aquarium.”
so i guess i have kinda found a career, but how do i get there with no job, car, or support to speak of?

I want, no, scratch that, i NEED a job. my delima is that i have never had a job job before. but that doesn’t mean i don’t have working experience. to add to that the “working experience” isn’t what businesses are looking for. AND i can do lame-o “teen” jobs, but i am fully convinced that i am capable of more. so taking a cashier job, though not horrible, isn’t my full potential and it kinda feels like a demotion in a way…
blah. i know the answer to my delima is to get a “teen” job and work up.
