This is a tough goal if you don’t narrow it down a little bit. I did a detox program and am trying to stick with eating better 70% of the time, which is much easier than just cutting out the sweets and carbs altogether. It’s all about small steps, but now I find I’m drinking more water, drinking less alcohol, eating more greens and whole grains and less refined foods.
Wow, I have to say that getting rid of my credit card debt has been one of the most liberating things I have ever accomplished.
Once I paid of my credit card, I took it out of my wallet so I can’t use it for random things. Now I use my debit card for everyday expenses and take my credit card with me only when I travel.
I also recommend getting rid of all your store credit cards, consolidating your debt and paying it down that way. It’s MUCH easier to manage – especially for someone like me who is really bad about keeping track of finances
