make plans i dont immediately want to cancel

it has nothing to do with the people i make the plans with, or even the plans themselves…for some reason, i crave more and more independant time. so when i make plans, i always feel a bit of an internal discord because i either a. want more time to myself or b. just don’t like the pressure of having to be ready at a certain time, to be somewhere at a certain time. therefore, i always am immediately thinking of ways to cancel…most times i don’t actually cancel, but it would be nice to not even feel the need to.
