There seem to be two versions going around and numerous garbled mis-transcriptions. It took me a while to find a version that seemed pretty authentic. In the end I went for a set of pronounciations based on readings from a Hebrew lettered text I found [which would sound pretty much like the pronounciations at http://www.dancesofuniversalpeace.org.uk/aramaic.html]. If you want more info about the Aramaic prayer I’ve been collecting it at http://www.squidoo.com/abwun/
I really like being able to say it and to reflect on it at the same time.

at least other people seem to think I’m looking slimmer.
Update at start of 2011: I’ve actually lost something like 10kg since I originally wrote this down. I reckon another 5 would be good. The secret? Eating a bit less and a bit more carefully, walking a dog regularly and a couple of sessions most weeks with an exercise video.
