There seem to be two versions going around and numerous garbled mis-transcriptions. It took me a while to find a version that seemed pretty authentic. In the end I went for a set of pronounciations based on readings from a Hebrew lettered text I found [which would sound pretty much like the pronounciations at http://www.dancesofuniversalpeace.org.uk/aramaic.html]. I really like being able to say it and to reflect on it at the same time.
