I don’t thrive well in language classes and I want to learn how to speak Japanese and read Manga in their original Japanese. So in order to prepare my brain for Japan I am trying to learn Japanese online to get the basics and then further my learning via immersion at a school in Okazaki.

It was my love of animes that attracted me to the Japanese language and culture. I want to learn to speak fluent Japanese and have started to learn basic Japanese online as I have no time to enroll in a Japanese language class. I hope to master (as much as I can) the hiragana and the katakana and then head over to Japan to learn Japanese for a few months.
Ever since I spent a summer in Germany, I have tried to learn German at my local Goethe Institute and at a Goethe Institute in Germany. Unfortunately, I have not been able to maintain my German and don’t have the time or money for a language school or tutor, so I’m going to learn to speak German online and do this the self-study way. Hopefully, I’ll be able to resurrect and maintain my German until I return to Germany.
