Me and my fiance are going to Mexico on the 17th of May. I am about 177 lbs right now and I would like to drop to 170 lbs by the time we hit the beach.
- Diet:
I am following the principles of the Men’s health diet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner along with 3 snacks in between. The diet concentrates mostly around nuts, fruits, low-fat dairy and lean meats.
- Workout (4-5/week):
- Alternate between weight-lifting and cardio sessions.
- I should go back to dumb bells instead of using machines for my weight-lifting workout.
- I should also try and complete the whole weight-lifting set instead of half of it at first by using less weights.
- For cardio, I should force my self for at least 35 minutes of cardio as opposed to 20.

I am engaged to a beautiful Chinese girl and we are getting married next year. Unfortunately her parents live in China and they don’t speak a word of English. We are supposed to go visit them in October and I promised my fiancé that I will learn some basic Chinese by then. I have done a few lessons on Chinesepod.com but I have not been progressing in the pace I should.

I recently implemented some technologies and processes at work. After a few months a coworker asked if everything was done based on this book that I never read or even heard of. I took the time to read most of the book and It seems that I could have written that book but include more updated technologies and ideas.
Since then I have started thinking about technologies and ideas I am passionated and knowledgeable and whether I could write a book about them.
I am still not sure how that would work with my other goals or whether it will be worth it, especially financially.
