I love corn beef and cabbage. I just do. Here’s how we make it.
Boil the corn beef for abot 2 hours. We don’t get a huge one, as there’s only 2 1/2 who eat it. Cut it into thin slices, add it to a large pan with cut cabbage, add enough water to ALMOST cover the cabbage. Cook, covered, until cabbage is tender. Drain any water that didn’t cook out. Add about 2 tbsp. butter, salt liberally, eat. Delicious.
