Read the book and discovered how to do it 3 years ago

The mechanics of doing it were not enough for me at first. It was no easier until I focused on my breath. The secret for me was to breath thru my nose and do belly breathing.
No more chest pains and sore throats :)

I’ve never been so hot in my life. Sweat was just pouring off of me. If you get a chance to try it, go for it.

Just make sure you bring 32 oz. of water, a large towel and a handtowel to wipe the sweat off.
