Well at least a level or two above Grasshopper. I think I know CSS well enough to say “expert” although I must use Dreamweaver or other CSS authoring tools since I haven’t memorized all the tags and values. But I know it pretty darn well I must say.

How I did it: Patience, patience, patience. I maxed out a high limit card to purchase a piece of land (at a 2.9% APR promotional rate for the life of the balance). That plus some travel fees put me over $30,000 in debt (not including my mortgage). Each month I chipped away, paying as much as I could some months and the minimum payment when things were tight. But mostly tried to pay at least 5x the minimum as a rule.I also took a part time job bartendin… Read how I did it…
On rainy days I walk or ride my bike (depending on how late I am). On sunny, dry days I ride my Xootr MG kick scooter. Self power rocks!
Nothing is more satisfying than picking vegetables that grew as a result of your efforts to make it happen. This year I tripled the size of my garden and ate so much fresh vegetables, froze and canned a good portion for the winter, and made loads of green pepper jelly. Today was the first freeze of the year so I will be picking out the survivors and cooking up a large soup tonight. Just need to figure out waht to plant for the winter crop.
