Remember to take my vitamins
glucosamine 3 years ago

i’ve recently started remembering to take glucosamine daily, three times daily actually. the pain in my knees has started to become unbearable, and i believe i should give this a shot to see if it will help. it seems everyone recommends it, it just takes a while to get it in your system, so this is why i am forcing myself to do it. i want to see if i get results. there we go.

help a stranger
at work. 3 years ago

I don’t know if this counts. theoretically I get paid to help people, no? I work in a pharmacy. Someone from Louisiana was up and had just purchased a car and was driving back down (to start over, because of Katrina), however he was an insulin dependant diabetic. He needed help figuring out how to travel and how much of his medication he should take in the car with him. I helped. I guess. But it’s my job. Anyways. He came back and thanked me. Like, shake my hand thanks. And appreciated my help. I felt satisfied. :)
