wake up when my alarm clock goes off

I used to be a morning person. During high school, even last year as a freshman, I’d wake up with several hours before my first class to read, do work, or just have long breakfasts. This year, however, I can barely roll out of bed. I can’t seem to get up until I absolutely have to. This is really upsetting because I don’t do that much work at night. It feels like I’m always sleeping and I’m always exhausted. I get up an hour or an hour and a half later than when I originally set my alarm. I want to be able to get up early so I don’t have to rush and I can eat breakfast every day. I want to have some time for myself. This week I’m going to try and get up every day at the time when my alarm first goes off. Hopefully it will become a habit.
