I am on day 5. I am trying to quit cold turkey. At midnight on the first me and my hubby crushed the cigs and that was that. I don’t consider it done yet because I still have major cravings but am finding that if you just resist for about 5 minutes they go away. Also it seems to help to keep busy, walking exercising, cleaning whatever the more you sit around the worse the craving will be. Well good luck to everyone.

quitting coffee
I just quit cold turkey, for a few days I was irritable and tired but now I feel so much better. If you want a coffee substitute without the caffeine and all the acids try Postum. Since I quit drinking coffee I sleep better, have less stomach problems, less staining on my teeth and am less jittery. Anyone trying this stick in there it is so worth it. This is coming from someone who practically only drank coffee for over 10 years :)
