I have a friend who is a belly dancer and it’s a beautiful thing. After the weight loss goal is met, I want to learn.

I have this house in mind that I want to build. It would, of course, be close to the water. I’m thinking maybe a lake that is nearby. And I would like to have a significant amount of land for privacy. Definitely a long term goal!
I will go eventually. It’s another of those places that I’m drawn to because of culture and accents. What is it with me and accents? LOL
I have several places I’d like to see, this is just one. Why? There are several reasons. The silliest is probably just the fact that I am in love with the accents. I guess I understand now how people feel when they marvel at my Southern accent.
I’ve been working on this goal on and off for two years. I have a lot of stress in my life between work, family, college, etc. I lost a bit of weight, then stopped trying as hard. I didn’t gain it back, but I’m ready to lose more. I signed up for a gym membership again and I’m trying to get back into that habit. Lets see how it goes.
But I took a class (a workshop really) with a prominent director on writing plays. I did pretty well and was encouraged to write a screenplay. I must admit that this is something I’ve always wanted to do. And, I will do it at some point. I just haven’t decided what I want to write about yet.
I’ve been at University for what seems like forever at times. I am about 8 months away from graduating with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and Literature with a minor in Creative Writing. I’ve managed to work, raise a daughter, do all the wifely stuff, and go to college full time for the last few years. Now, I’m exhausted. But I’m ALMOST done. And with a pretty high GPA, I might add.
After a few lessons that taught me the basics of sheet music and piano keys, which happened when I was young, I have a somewhat unlikely goal. I’m going to learn to play this song on the piano. Thank God for Youtube!
