so much esier to do now that we got a wii fit. when i can see my progress in front of me each day its a lot easier to stick with it. alot of the exercises are fun to do and its easy to work at your own pace and show improvment.

How I did it: i just completed the 2009 CN tower stair climb for WWF. growing up i dont remember the tv ever being off. it was always on in the background even if no one was watching it. one day i was reading and my mom turned on the tv just cuz it was too quiet. this was the moment i realized i needed to cut down on my tv time. i have cut down quite a bit but i still watch a little. i think all ive done is trade my tv habit for a computer addiction but thats the next thing ill work on.
i signed up to do the cn tower stair climb this year and i need to be able to make it to the top. taking the stairs is getting easier but its hard since i live on the top floor (15th). im no longer dying by the top but 1776 stairs is a long way up. i have a month to get into shape still, and the competition with my boyfriend to make it up first keeps me going. i hope it enough to get me all the way to the top
