I have decided to help more in the family business and take some stress off my husband. its working – i have been consistently helping for 3 weeks and we get to spend more time together as a result! its great!

ive had 2 parties in between and i have only eaten things without chocolate!
Im proud of myself and i wanted to give up something i crave so much so i can prove to myself that anything is possible.
I have stuck to a solid week of making my bed each morning. The only thing that mucks my plans up is if my husband sleeps in!
Going to bed at night to a made bed feels good.
