I have always had shortish hair, longest ever being just touching my shoulders. My friends would try to encourage me to grow it a bit, but I refused because I hate it when it’s mid-length because it is annoying! Anyway I decided I would grow out my fringe and grow the rest of my hair to the bottom of my shoulder blades. I feel so much better for it, definitely worth doing!

Easier than it sounds

When I first set this goal, I did 50 sit ups a day because I found 100 too hard. Then I would do 100 sit ups a day, but on my bed because it is easier but still burns off a snack or two! Eventually when I could manage it, I did 100 sit ups per day on the floor, and when I had the time and energy, I’d do 150. I felt alot firmer with only a few weeks of doing this exercise. It also makes you alot stronger, as I used to be unfit and now my friends are really amazed as to how many sit ups I can do without getting tired!
