Took a long hard look into the very deep and dark corners of my soul, heart and mind to get this right. This is an ongoing process that you should deal with daily in all areas of your life. For me.. i was stuck in a lifeless and loveless relationship. It died 2 year into it but for some reason i just didn’t think i was worth more.. and stayed miserable for 4 whole years.. to anybody feeling that they are not worth something better.. Think again.. Only you can determine how you should be treated.. Once you fully understand that, you can change any part of your life for the better by not accepting it and moving on to behavior that you feel is acceptable. I would suggest to make a list of things you have to offer then make a list of things you want out of the situation. Then make a list of what you are currently giving and a list of what you are getting. Use those as guide lines to find out where you are and where you want to be. I hope this helped a little bit:)
