One awesome way to improve your posture is to get rid of the computer chair and replace it with a large yoga ball. It is not only comfy because you’re sitting on air instead of wood or plastic, but it also makes it almost impossible to slouch. A yoga ball will force you to sit up straight and balance. With the amount of time I spend sitting at the computer, it took no time at all before I noticed stronger back muscles and better abs, just from balancing while at the computer!!!
