My husband agreed that if I lose my 25 lbs, we will go to New York for the weekand and see a show. I am 20% of the way there.

My husband agreed that if I lose my 25 lbs, we will go to New York for the weekand and see a show. I am 20% of the way there.
I do drink my 6 glasses most days. Some days it’s 4 or 5, but it’s better than it was before (1 or 2).
I have been going with my neighbor twice a week for 4 weeks. I have really seen a difference in my core strength. My clothes fit differently (also due to a small weight loss).
