I have lost 77lbs (5½ stone)
I have about 2 stone more to go
I am doing more excercise and have now got a pilate’s bench to add to toning.
Taking charge of your own body is key to losing weight and keeping it off.

Two weeks before my big birthday and I have completed this goal. I shared this as a pressie with Sharna my daughter who also has a memorable birthday. We are going to be the most toned people in our street.
