This goal i think is a bit tricky for me, not sure why though. Its something, like yoga, that im really interested in practising but never seem to get around to doing it.
Anyway, I supose where im lacking is WHAT is the best method for me to approach this goal, whats going to work for me.
Tapes? DVDs? Music? Classes? Seminars? as one can imagine there is is a diverse range of methods.
I think my first step will be first better researching the various methods in meditating, some theoretical knowledge before the try and buy.
xx
Again another goal which i seem to be avoiding.
Ok driving times this week..
wednesday 1 hour
saturday – 1/2 hour
sunday 1 hour
fingers crossed… IM GETTING MY LICENCE dammit!
