How to lose 5 to 10 lbs, and return to my normal weight

How I did it: I went to Pound Melters, and was prescribed a month long prescription of appetite suppressants.  I used them to learn portion control, and to make better choices in what I ate.  I also did cardio on a regular basis as well. After the month was over, I stopped using the medication, and focused on maintaining my new weight with healthy habits. Read how I did it…
