So after 7 years of struggling with my E.D. I am finally in a place in life right now to heal. I moved in order to go back to college and pursue a meaningful life, and the shift in focus seems to miraculously be helping my E.D. I love my body. I appreciate my body and all that it is capable of. It has been a long and hard road to get to this point of acceptance but I am grateful for not being strangled anymore by anorexia. The world is a beautiful place again!

I played the piano for twelve years up until I graduated from high school and then life got hectic and I stopped playing. I’ve just begun to realize how it calms me and I love the feel of the keys as they create a beautiful piece of classical music. So I will committ to attempting to practice once a week for this month and see how it goes.
