Hindi blogging is very fulfilling 16 months ago

देखें http://अनिल.blogspot.com

Become a Doctor
68% on Q-Book first test 2 years ago

Because my studies for USMLE step1 are really dwindling down, I thought of taking a mock-test from Q-Book yesterday. I did physiology, and scored 68%. Is that a good score or a bad score?

exercise regularly
Martial arts as exercise 2 years ago

I want to learn taekwondo, and want to do regular exercise as well. So why not combine these two? I decided I’m going to go to the rec center daily, no matter what, and will keep kicking and punching the kickboxing training bag for two hours. Armed with intense determination but little technical skills, I started out by making a workout plan – 10 mins warmup by running, 20 minutes stretching of body starting from neck downwards, 30 minutes of balancing on alternate foot facing front and sideways, and 1 hour of kicking, starting with slow kicks and gradually picking up power. I do about 500 kicks every day in those two hours, and have learned more taekwondo in four months than some fellows in the class practicing for 18 months! Lost 13 pounds from around the tummy area, and damn I look sexy! All the girls hover around me, but I’m a serious guy! It is definitely worth it to exercise daily as it has improved my confidence, sleep, motivation, and studying efficiency as well! Must do it every day! Can’t stop kicking!
