3/5 so far, normally done by tomorrow evening. I started at the back side with the small windows and was wondering why I didn’t do it sooner… But then I reached the front where I have to hang out of the window on the 6th floor while being afraid of hights and then I suddenly remembered why I put this off all the time. I am scared of washing the front windows on the outside! But I love the fact that I can see clearly now, so I should really get over myself and do this at least 3 to 4 times a year! I can do it so I will!
To be continued tomorrow!

How I did it: I waited for ever and 3 three years to go to my mum's dentist because I was looking for my own across the street but did not find him or her. So now it turns out I grew 4 big wisdom teeth in 3 years and they need to go! Bummer! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started Trainstorm in the spring of 2006, worked on it while having an almost fulltime job in 2006 and 2007 and then took the plunge to go freelance and fulltime at the end of 2007. The decision to quit my job and go fully for it was not easy but looking back at it now I am glad I did it bacause I never could have succeeded without the so necessary time and commitment. Establishing Trainstorm is the best and most fulfilli… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I normally use the TV as a background noise so I watch it way to much. Now the cable company disconnected me for a week, which forced me to find other things to do than watching. At first I really was lost, but from day 2 I was looking for other things to do like working, seeing and calling friends, going to the cinema and reading. In the end I did not really miss it anymore. So the lesson learnt here is that I perfectly can function … Read how I did it…

I have been running from one thing to another for the past months, not really focussing, staying fit (stil those damn sinuses are harassing me!) and not nearly having enough fun! So this month’s bootcamp is going to help massively to sort things out!
Goals:
Fitness: walk and do pilates
Focus: GTD and clean, clean and clean!
Fun: see friends, WORK, reach my goals and laugh every single day!
I am sure I can come up with a lot more and more specific but for now this will do!
I like this goal!
I have focued in blocks of several hours and have written 1 full concept (this one should give me a training!)and a half, to which I am still adding. I also got some stuff done right away, which is a big thing for me since I always delay till the very last second and improved my degree of organisation both on papar en digitally (inboxes are under control).
I have walked yesterday and I also will tomorrow. I have worked my way around the appartment to clean up, get laundry done, vacuum etc, which wasn’t a goal but needed to be done anyway and I feel spring energy is finally kicking in!
Now I just need to keep going!
