My neck and upper shoulder muscles have never been the same after I got a professional massage. I started to have muscle spasms. At first it stayed for months. Then disappeared. When it came back, I saw a phsical therapist. Then it disappeared. It’s back again, as I type this entry. Sucks doesn’t it? I want it gone once and for all!

How I did it: I've wanted one for years, but I held off. I'd research now and then, but didn't move an inch. Then I set my eyes on the Nikon D90, and I wanted it. Badly. I thought I'd buy it for myself for Christmas, but didn't. I found it for cheap, but I held off. Then I learned about gray markets, and the cheap place I found was a gray market. Good thing I held off. When I know for sure I had the money, I found an authorized dealer and bought it fro… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been volunteering for about 8 years. I started by becoming a Sunday School teacher. Then I became the Sunday School Director. It wasn't only until early 2007 that I started getting paid. I've also volunteered at other places/events. I'm still in the Children's Ministry today, and I'd do it without getting paid.
