My neck and upper shoulder muscles have never been the same after I got a professional massage. I started to have muscle spasms. At first it stayed for months. Then disappeared. When it came back, I saw a phsical therapist. Then it disappeared. It’s back again, as I type this entry. Sucks doesn’t it? I want it gone once and for all!

And I realized that stress was a huge cause of my pain. Okay, I'm not a doctor but I do know that stress has so many physical consequences on our body. And once I got rid of a lot of the stress in my life, I was more relaxed, less agitated, and I haven't had the muscle spasms for a year now. Praise the Lord. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Okay, so the goal is to BUY, but I didn't get a chance. Two of my relatives chipped in and bought me one as a college graduation gift. So now I have a Fujitsu Lifebook for free. I'm happy. I wanted a Macbook, but it's free. So why complain? LOL. Came in the nick of time too because I don't have a desktop. I was using my mom's laptop which contracted so many viruses that I had to erase EVERYTHING. Then I was using my sister's old laptop wh… Read how I did it…
How I did it: My friend received free tickets from her teacher, who knew one of the ballerinas. Thank you, friend! We watched Coppelia. It was very enjoyable, and Coppelia was a good choice to watch for my first ballet. Read how I did it…
