We ended up refinancing our second mortgage and using the money we pulled out to pay off all our debt. Our payments are a lot less AND we have enough money to finish our kitchen!
J and I finally emptied out our closet and dumped a lot of stuff in a Goodwill pickup container. The rest went to our local used clothing store :)
