How I did it: I just had to find a love for it again : ) I found a partner my mom and sis and we just encourage each other. Also, my b.f.f. is totally into yoga now. Also, I found a studio that I adore.. they have $5 classes and free Saturday sessions! So I'm balancing those classes and yoga classes at my gym. Also, I found this fantastic NYC yoga teacher on youtube.... sadienardini. I'm going to try to do her videos 5x a week. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Alternate days with my mom. I have to leave @ 6 am for school and Marc is usually knocked out at that time. So I take him out on the weekends and my mother handles the week.
