Exercise for at least an hour everyday
I need to do this so I can achieve my other goal of running 10km 2 years ago

This means hard exercise too. Not just slow walking or something. I do do classes at the gym about 4 times a week and also have a home gym at home. I really need to do this to get my fitness up so I can do the 10km run in July.



Volunteer
Ill try and organise something within the next month 2 years ago

I want to volunteer for a good cause preferably breast cancer or maybe the red cross or something. I think that I might do the door knock appeal whenever that comes up. I’m sure it would make me feel good and hopefully get some good karma coming my way.



Drink at least 4 cups of green tea a day
The miracle food 2 years ago

I really do think that green tea is the miracle natural drug. It helps digestion and is full of anti oxidents. So it keeps your immune system high. Like I never get sick ever… I usually do drink green tea every day I just want to keep it up. If I’m still doing it in May then I’ll post. I’ve done this. yay
