I’m joining Weight Watchers again. If at first you don’t succeed try, try again.
I’ve booked the trip for this February. Will be spending a week in London then flying to Cairo for a few days. Then a two week tour of Egypt. I will be leaving from Seattle on February 15, 2010 – that’s three days after the Olympics starts here in Vancouver.
Well tried horse back riding last summer
Tried belly dancing
Taking a photography class
Looked into a raw food diet – sprouting things seem like too much work.
Joined photography club
Planted a garden in the back yard.
Have done the Grouse Grind 31 times this summer.
Started step aerobics classes.
Do yoga once a week.
Do bootcamp one a week.
I have now accomplished this goal. The two bedroom (1310 sq ft) has been sold; just before selling I purchased a 1004 square ft one bedroom suite in the same building for $150000 (very good deal). This suite needs quite a bit of work but after it’s finished it will be almost like new.
This summer I took horse back riding lessons (English). I liked it, but will never be a true horsewoman. That’s okay it was something new.
In the fall I joined Weight Watchers (learned lots there), started belly dancing classes (never did that before), and began taking Web Development @ BCIT.
Yup started taking COMP 1850. Will be working on a new website about lastest apartment renovation.
1)Rather than doing the Grouse Grind tomorrow (the weather has finally turned too nasty), I will start working out at the gym on Sunday mornings. (did end up purchasing the year’s membership at the SSL Centre).
2)will also start going to the gym on Friday after work, or in the AM on Friday off.
3)am continuing to attend belly dancing on Tuesday nights.
4)and will continue aquasize Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
5)My couch is getting some much needed rest – that’s okay, it’ll last longer.
Went to my weekly Weight Watchers meeting September 29, 2007; managed to shed 10 pounds – Whooo Hoooo!
Joined Weight Watchers last Tuesday. Weighed in tonight and have lost 3 pounds! Wooh Hooh…
Well since I entered this I’ve done the following:
1) Took English horse back riding for 9 weeks this summer
2) Did the Grouse Grind every weekend since July 5
3) Just signed up for Belly Dancing lessons
4) Next week will be purchasing a year’s membership from Surrey Sports and Leisure.
Recycled paper, cardboard, glass jars, plastic containers. Took soda cans downstairs so the social club can use the cash. Oh yes and all those newspapers. Al Gore would be pleased.
Today I went to a water aerobics class and then I did some walking. First at the grocery store and then picked up a few clothing items at Wal-Mart. Oh and there was that mirror at Home Sense. Okay I didn’t do so well at the not spending money goal, but isn’t it better to be physically active?
