As with most goals you need to have a starting measuring point. I weighed myself last night. 238 pounds. It is not the most I have ever weighed. It is pretty sad.
I need to be reasonable as to when I should expect to meet this goal. Let’s see where I am at in one week…

How I did it: My wife did most ot the planning. We pulled a trail out to the trail guide.
