How I did it: I did LOTS of research. I checked out YouTube to see if anyone had videos of themselves doing this - and they did (ewww but I knew what to expect). I made an appointment with someone I thought I'd be comfortable with and then I just did it! Read how I did it…
since I listed this goal online I have managed to do my 50 crunches every night for a solid week. I think I’ll slowly start adding more to that number. Maybe 65 a night?
just because I think it would be funny as all hell.I’d give them something that would prove their membership (maybe a tee shirt or button??). I’d also really enjoy seeing people beg to be in the posse but that is probably pushing it… I am fairly certain a posse is only a few people as opposed to an entourage. Hmmmm…....
