I bought pants on Saturday. They were nice and snug and actually stayed up (unlike all my other pants).
Today I put them on and they were loose. Win! But lose, because now my other pants REALLY fall off me.

I’ve started to talk a lot slower at work now that I have to answer the phone and customers need to understand me…
I’ve been working out pretty regularly. Alternating upper and lower body workouts and always following with at least 30 minutes of cardio. I can definitely tell the difference with my recovery time and I feel a lot better, too!
